Let the source material choose the motion.
Use Read Along when composition and page order are already doing the storytelling; movement should support attention, not compete with the artwork. Choose Draw to Life when the audience benefits from seeing an idea form in stages, such as a seed opening, a diagram gaining labels, or a sketch receiving color. Choose Paper Theater when characters need to enter, travel, react, or share depth with foreground objects.
You can inspect every scene before formal rendering. The storyboard shows the narration, caption text, selected action, asset requirement, and duration together, along with a complete credit quote. Revisions change those instructions rather than asking an opaque video system for a lucky second attempt. The result is suitable for stories that need consistent timing, readable captions, and a style that can be repeated across a series.
